The short version

Fair Wheel Picker runs entirely in your web browser. The entries you type, the wheels you build and your spin history are never sent to us. We have no accounts and no database of your content.

What is stored on your device

• Your current wheel (title, entries, theme and settings) and your results history, in your browser's local storage, so they are there next time.
• Your light/dark mode preference.

You can remove this data at any time by clearing the entries and history, or by clearing your browser's site data.

Shared links

When you press Share wheel, your wheel is encoded into the part of the link after the # sign. Browsers do not send that part to any server. Anyone you give the link to can see the entries on that wheel.

Hosting

The site is served as static files by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as IP address and user agent) to deliver pages and protect against abuse.

Advertising and analytics

This site currently shows no ads. If we add advertising (Google AdSense) in the future, this section will be updated to describe the cookies it uses, and consent will be requested where required.

We do not currently use analytics cookies.

Children

Fair Wheel Picker is suitable for classroom use and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
